I’m not a big production company, and that’s intentional. With large studios, you might never know who’s actually filming your wedding.
Your emails get passed around, your story becomes a checklist, and your film ends up feeling like everyone else’s.

That’s not what I do. When you book with me, you get me - start to finish.

I’m the one answering your messages, showing up on your wedding day, and carefully crafting your film to feel like your story.
You’ll have my personal phone number, and you can reach out anytime. No middlemen, no confusion, just open communication from the person who’s actually creating your film.
I take on a limited number of weddings each year so I can give every couple real time, focus, and attention. This isn’t about quantity for me. It’s about connection, trust, and creating something timeless.
If you want a film that feels personal, emotional, and true to your day - that’s exactly what I deliver.
Why me?
Vision
Hi, I’m Tyler Stelmaszek - the heart behind Olive & Rose Films.
I believe a wedding film should be more than a record of moments; it should be a vessel for emotion.
The nervous laughter before a first look. The quiet squeeze of a hand during vows. The way your parents still dance like it’s day one. These are the fragments that tell the truest version of your story - the ones that deserve to live on long after the day has passed.

For me, film isn’t about how your day looked, but how it felt. My goal is to preserve the heartbeat of it all - the warmth, the intimacy, the quiet in-between - so that when you look back years from now, you’re not just watching, you’re remembering.

The name Olive & Rose was born from that same vision. The olive represents peace, loyalty, and the quiet beauty that roots love. The rose stands for romance, passion, and timeless devotion. Together, they reflect the balance I strive to capture in every story - grounded yet graceful, honest yet cinematic.

My vision is to create heirloom films that feel deeply human - emotional, intentional, and artfully told.
I’m here to craft a story that still moves you decades from now - a film that reminds you not just of the day you said “I do,” but of the love that will continue to grow beyond it.

My Story
Before I ever picked up a camera, I spent years in music - chasing emotion through rhythm, pacing, and sound. That instinct still guides every edit I make. I treat each film like a song; it should build, breathe, and leave you feeling something long after it ends.

I also spent years bartending - learning how to read people, make them comfortable, and notice emotion as it unfolded in real time. That taught me to see stories before they happen. On a wedding day, it helps me move quietly and capture the real stuff, not the staged stuff.

When I’m not filming or editing, I’m usually with my dog, Olive (the Olive in Olive & Rose) or spending time in reflection and faith, grounding myself before the next story. Whether it’s a quiet morning walk, a moment in prayer, or a Sunday service, those pauses remind me what matters most: love, gratitude, and connection.

I’ve always been drawn to people who feel deeply - who laugh hard, love hard, and live in the moment. Every couple I work with teaches me something new about love and what it means to be present.

That’s what drives me - not the footage, but the feeling. The connection.
The story that becomes part of your legacy.
Because years from now, when you hit play, I don’t just want you to remember your day, I want you to feel it all over again.
